| William Ross Adey was a doctor and brain researcher (the Mental Health Industry) who played a role in the history of mind control. He worked on the Pandora Project, DARPA and CIA research in alliance with the Russian KGB on Extreme Low Frequency (ELF) to target humans through their brain in the 50's and 60's. Project MK Ultra subproject 119 had investigated the possibilities of activating and controlling human test subjects through electromagnetic frequencies. He discovered the 'Adey window', confined parameters under which a weak electromagnetic signal has a physiological effect.
