William Ross Adey was a doctor and brain researcher (the Mental Health Industry) who played a role in the history of mind control. He worked on the Pandora Project, DARPA and CIA research in alliance with the Russian KGB on Extreme Low Frequency (ELF) to target humans through their brain in the 50's and 60's. Project MK Ultra subproject 119 had investigated the possibilities of activating and controlling human test subjects through electromagnetic frequencies. He discovered the 'Adey window', confined parameters under which a weak electromagnetic signal has a physiological effect. He investigated the effect of a 147 MHz field on the efflux of calcium ions in the brain. He was educated at the University of Adelaide in Australia and trained by the Australian Royal Navy (science of water). At the Brain Research Institute of UCLA in California he became professor of anatomy and physiology and worked on EEG measurement for NASA as director of the Space Biology Laboratory and Operation Pandora. Pandora is a moon of Saturn, affecting its rings.
The effect of electromagnetic signals on Rhesus monkeys in Project Bizarre (Oddfellows) was researched by Joseph C Sharp (University of Utah, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research like James Ketchum). Sharp worked with James Lin who wrote Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications. Project Bizarre was evaluated by the RAND Corporation.
The official story about Project Pandora claims the CIA and Jerome Wiesner (MIT Radiation Laboratory) only started researching ELF as the 'Moscow signal' after the US embassy in Moscow was targeted by the Russians with a microwave transmission from 1953 to 1976. The Washington Post claimed the electromagnetic interference was used for eavesdropping not for mind control.
Adey worked for mobile phone company Motorola with Jerry Philips to implement the warfare possibilities in cell phones. Motorola designed the trunked radio system TETRA.
He investigated the effect of the 450 MHz frequency, also used by the police. He also worked for the Loma Linda Medical School in California.
José Delgado demonstrated the effect of electromagnetic signals as incapacitating agent in a bull in 1965.
During the 80's he evaluated the (already obsolete) Russian LIDA machine, developed in Soviet Armenia to put test objects to sleep, funded by Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda Maryland (Eldon Byrd, friend of Uri Geller).
In 1984 and 1985 he demonstrated the effect of the LIDA machine on propaganda outlets BBC and CNN with Chuck DeCaro and Robert Becker (Body Electric).
In 1993 DARPA created HAARP.
Paul Brodeur (Philips Academy, The New Yorker) wrote the Zapping of America with testimony of Milton Zaret, warning about the effects of microwave.
Sharon Weinberger (CSIS) wrote The Secret History of Diplomats and Invisible Weapons and The Imagineers of War: The Untold Story of DARPA about Project Bizarre. The BBC spread disinfo with 'Havana Syndrome and the mystery of microwaves'.
Disinfo agent Alex Constantine of the Constantine Report (Coast to Coast AM) wrote about Adey in Psychic Dictatorship in the USA. Tim Rifat (Nexus magazine of Philip Coppens, Project Camelot) wrote Microwave Mind Control.
Michael Persinger also wrote a book on ELF and VLF frequencies.
Daniel Baldwin and Erika Eleniak played in The Pandora Project (1988).
Pandora's box is Saturnian black box symbolism associated with Prometheus (Lucifer).
Allan Frey discovered the microwave auditory effect could be blocked with a mesh.
Julian Huxley introduced the phrase 'tin foil hat' in his story The Tissue-Culture King, printed in Amazing Stories of Raymond Palmer (MK Ultra linked Isaac Asimov, Ron Hubbard's friend John Campbell).
born 1/13/1922 in Australia.
